Four Weeks. One to one
with Riana

Four weeks from now you will know, while you are still sitting across from him, whether he is right for you.

A private conversation with Riana

A 15-minute private conversation, just you and I, to see whether The Love Refresh™ is right for you.

Why knowing has never been enough

You can explain your own patterns better than most people can explain theirs.

You have read the books. You did the therapy, and you did it properly. You can name the thing your mother did and the year you started doing it too.

And nothing about who shows up has changed.

That is not a discipline problem and there is nothing wrong with you. Knowing happens in one place. Choosing happens somewhere else, underneath, before you are aware there was anything to decide.

Who it is for

You built a career, or a business, or both, and you are good at it. You have friends who show up, family who loves you, and kids who actually want to be around you.

You have a Saturday you love, whether that is pickleball or a thousand-piece puzzle taking over the dining room table. You are the one everybody calls when something goes wrong.

And the one part of your life that has never matched the rest of it is love.

You are not in crisis. You are just done pretending this part does not matter.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO TOGETHER

Four weeks. Four real shifts.

01

Your Extraordinary Love Standard™

Kind. Funny. Successful in his own right. Emotionally available. Wants what I want.

That is a category, and a category only ever gets you the category.

What we create together in week one is your Extraordinary Love Standard™. Your values, your non-negotiables and your desires, at a level of clarity you have never had on any of the three. Not a list. The thing that gives you a clean yes and a clean no, in the moment, the first time, without going home afterward and polling three friends about what just happened.

You do not have to arrive knowing what you want. Almost nobody does. We do that part together.

From the week it exists you stop auditioning people, because you can tell inside ten minutes whether someone belongs anywhere near your life.

“I was crystal clear.”

Why the same relationship keeps happening

You already know the story. Your father, the pattern, the thing a therapist named for you years ago.

Knowing it has never changed it, and you have spent years and a great deal of money finding that out.

There is a very specific reason you end up in the same relationship over and over again, with a different face and some different clothes on. Week two is where we rewire the neurology that keeps doing it, so that it stops doing it.

This is not a rule you memorize about what to do when he takes three days to text. You are not going to be managing yourself. Your mind and body stop being available for it, and the treadmill of getting everything you do not want stops turning. What starts coming toward you instead is the people, the experiences and the opportunities you actually want.

You are not picking better. You are not leaving faster. You do not end up in it at all.

“I know it would not have happened without you and this work. It would not have. There was no reason to believe it would, based on past experience and history at all.”

The clearing

You were seven. You got a B+ on a spelling test and somebody said, good job honey, but I know you can do better. You decided something that day about what love costs.

You are fifty now and you are still trying to earn it.

Every year since has added charge to that. Anger, sadness, fear, guilt, shame, and every belief you stacked on top of them about what is realistically still available to you. It fires before you know it fired, and it has been making your decisions in the middle of dinners and dates and conversations you believed you were running.

Week three is when that stops, permanently. And we do it without going back into the stories. No reliving it. No unpacking it. No sitting in the worst thing that ever happened to you and describing it out loud again. The charge comes off, and it does not come back on.

Then there is room. Once that charge is gone there is real space in you for what comes next, and it is the first time in your life that space has been empty and yours.

“It’s deep, but it’s not intense. It’s really getting to the heart of it without talking about the trauma, the bad things, all the patterns. It’s getting to the root and pulling it out and transforming everything.”

Between now and dead, what do you really want?

Nobody has ever asked you that. Not your therapist, not your friends, and not you.

You answer it in week four, and you answer it as the woman who has just had all of that charge taken off her, which is not the same woman who arrived with a private list of what was still realistically available to her at her age.

Then we create from there. Not a plan for someday. You leave week four already living as her, and the evidence is small and immediate and it shows up in ordinary moments.

One of my clients is seventy-two, with three divorces behind her. She stood in a man’s living room and said the thing she actually meant, kindly, and did not make it okay for him at her own expense. Her own words about it: “I would probably not have done that. I would have made it be all okay for him, at the expense of me.”

Everything that comes toward you after that is coming toward an entirely different woman.

The Transformation

What is true four weeks from now.

The Repeating Pattern
“Familiarity masquerading as chemistry.”

A cruel man costs you a year, because you leave. A lovely one costs you the decade, because leaving a man who is not doing anything wrong takes a reason you were never given.

✕ Auditioning, managing him, and making yourself smaller so he doesn't feel it
✕ Spending three months collecting evidence for what you knew in twenty minutes
✕ Old wiring finding something familiar and calling it chemistry
After The Four Weeks
“The pull is simply not there.”

The one who would have cost you the next two years stops being interesting somewhere in the first hour. Not because you talked yourself out of him. Because the pull is not there.

✓ You know inside one conversation whether someone belongs in your life
✓ You stop auditioning, stop managing him, and stop making yourself smaller
✓ When the right one shows up, you recognize him instead of walking past
THE PROOF

She told me there was no way she could sit next to her ex-husband at their son’s graduation.

A year and a half of divorce, a senior about to walk, and she could not be in the same row as him. Four weeks later she sat beside him. Then she invited him back to the house, so her kids could have one celebration instead of being split down the middle.

SEVENTY-TWO · THREE MARRIAGES BEHIND HER
“I’m too remarkable for a man who shrinks from my success.”
JULIE, 72
FORTY-NINE · A LIFETIME OF CHASING
“I still want the validation, but I don’t need the validation. The fact that I don’t need the validation, that’s pretty big.”
RACHEL, 49
THIRTY-TWO · A SINGLE MOTHER REBUILDING
“I don’t resonate with really any of that anymore.”
MOLLY, 32
WHAT INSIGHT ALONE NEVER DID
“I come from a therapy background, I was in social work, and I just think so much of that, unfortunately, does not work. So that kind of reprogramming, and how you’re talking to yourself and reframing, I think truly works so much better.”
MOLLY, 32
“I used to just walk away instead of saying anything. Now I can tell him it’s not fair for him to make decisions for me without having a conversation, and actually mean it.”
LISA ROSSI

Four weeks. One to one with me.

Not a group. Not a course. No modules, no portal, nothing to log into and fall behind in.

It is me and you, and I only work privately with women I know I can help. That is what the fifteen minutes is for.
